Can they still track/sue us on private sites?
Also, don't IP addresses change often in this day and age. How can they know its you or prove someone wasn't pirating your connection?

These are stupid. They tried this in the UK and the judge basically said, "you cannot prove that this IP was assigned to that user, nor can you prove the user had a secure wifi, nor can you prove you are even the copyright owner, since you're basically a 3rd party speculating retard legal company"
