hello i have decided to buy a weight lifting belt for squatting becuase i pulled my lower back muscle last time. So can you help me chose the best one?

Those all seem like the generic cheap leather belts that dont offer much support at all. Personally, I would invest in a good single prong belt. Like these...

my understanding is that the use of a belt is not to strap it tight for back support. the back support comes from pressing your stomach against the front of the belt. thats where the support for the back comes from. basically offsetting the pressure on the lower back. if that is the case, you would just need something that won't fall apart while under tension. single or double prong is not the issue.

thanks, so now i know im looking at leather... I dont no nothing about belts all i know is that i need one becuase i fcked up my back before and dont want to do it again!
also last question please... whats the diffrence between 6" and 4" and which is better for squats?

All a belt does is give your abs/core something to contract against, allowing them to do more work/further increase intra abdominal pressure.
I really like my 13mm Inzer Forever Lever. I also have a 10mm Inzer Forever double prong. I recommend Inzer and either a lever or a single prong. The twin prong can be annoying to get on/off.
