a routine does not determine overtraining. If you are doing bodyparts twice a week, why legs and shoulders only once?

Actually that would be shoulders 3x a week and yes that is too much.

OP, no need for a bodybuilding routine right now. Focus on getting stronger bench, deadlift, squat, row variations. Chins and dips are great as well, throw some accessory lifts,EAT, and you'll be making progress in no time.

    Try
    Upper/lower/off/upper/lower/off/off

It's a split, which for a novice will stop giving results after the first 4-8 weeks.

There's a time in every boys life when it's time to become a man. Becoming a man is not just doing one thing over and over again. It's doing multiple things over and over again (j/k). Seriously, if you're new to bodybuilding, we could be here for weeks spouting nuance after nuance at you. You really should consider finding a trainer with a soft spot for newbies (like me), and hire them to help you.
I would've lied if I told you this was easy.
