    Any good protein pancake recipes?

Title says it all. I love pancakes, and was wondering if anyone had some recipes for protein pancakes WITHOUT protein powder. Thanks!

Protein pancakes without added protein powder? Srs? If there are any, I doubt the calorie/protein ratio would even come close to using a protein supplementation powder.

Best one I've ever had is 1cup egg whites+1cup dry oats+1 cup cottage cheese+ cinnamon/splenda to taste and add 1 tsp baking powder. Blend all in blender to form a batter then cook in pan using cooking spray. This makes 4 or 5 large pancakes. When done I take natty pb and smear on em and use sugar free syrup. Great macro profile and taste freakkiinn killer. Especially with the melted pb oozing down the cakes.

You can use whatever you want. I've never tried using pancake flour. I prefer the complex carbs and nutrients from eats over the starchy bleached flour. Up to you man.

this is along the lines of protein powder depending on how you look at it.. but Metrx makes a protein pancake mix. I get it at vitamin shoppe im sure you can find it online too. I mix it with some cinnimon and blueberries and its not bad. Its not bisquick by any means, but its good

I made one that was pretty good. Here was my recipe

    1-cup instant oatmeal
    2-large eggs
1-scoop of whey protein of your choice

Turned out good just like pancake. Just not soft and fluffy like one, due to the oatmeal, lol. Either way, it's a good protein pancake.

I haven't heard of any protein pancakes WITHOUT protein powder. But I'm sure there is pre-made mixes out there.

I used to do protein pancakes until I discovered sludge. Make real pancakes, add in some SF/FF jello mix, and put sludge on top. Tastes best, IMO.
