    Thumbs up To Second Chances 2011 Double-T Log

    Hello my names is Jeremy, Maisenbach. I comepted last year in a Double-T Challenge but fell short. Do to my own fault. I really want to give this another shot with Double-T they really do have a great line of products. I want to give Double-T a great showing. And this time I'm starting injury free and hope to stay that way. I will be taking CreaDly with Testx6. I am currently using Testx6 and love it just as much as the first time. I am also studying to become a personal trainer so next year 2012 I need to be in the best shape of my life. And I believe Double-T can help. I will be taking my first photos April 29, 2011. So until then hit it hard. Submission NOT Optional.

    So even though I'm not officailly in the contest yet I'm still going to the gym. Took my Testx6 last night didn't get much sleep but that will change after a great workout. Today is Chest and Triceps.

    Chest:

    Flat Bench: 145x5, 165x5, 185x5, 205x5, 210x5

    Decline Bench: 145x6, 165x6, 185x6, 205x6, 210x6

    Incline Bench: 155x5, 170x5, 185x5, 190x5

    Tricep Push Downs: 110x10, 120x10,130x10
    superset w/Over Head Extensions: 60x15, 70x15, 80x15

    Machine Dips: 90x20, 140x15, 165x15

    Havent done much cardio over the last couple of months that will change soon. I really want to focus on my core. So I'm going to add an ab routine in as well. See you guys on the battle field.

    Talking Diet

    So I'm eating about 6-7 meals a day. Keeping it as clean as I can. My meals today and for most of this week will look like this. Today I hit the gym early so it may look a little backwards.

    Meal#1 Pre-workout: Sixstar Muscle Milkshake
    Meal#2 Post-workout: Sixstar Muscle Milkshake
    Meal#3 1 cup plain yogurt w/blueberrys and 1 apple
    Meal#4 4oz of grilled chicken breast w/ 1 cup of mixed veggies
    Meal#5 Peanut butter and jelly sandwich w/ all natural peanut butter and sugar free Strawberry jelly.
    Meal#6 4oz of grilled Salmon w/ 12-16oz of sweet potatos and a spinach salad w/ vinagerett dressing.

    Yep love Az. I sent you a friend request on face book. Looking forward to a little friendly competition. My goals in the past were weight loss. But this time around I'm just in for the tottal tranformation. Whatever the scale reads at the end is what it is. Looking to gain size in the shoulders and chest area. Not to worried about my legs they're already pretty big just need to maintain. Good luck bro you aready have a killer body.

    So got some good sleep last night. Going to hit tthe gym tonight. I feel better lifting at night the morning workouts kill me. Went food shoping today. Got some greens and turkey meat and whole wheat pasta. Tonights work out will be a brutal Legs. Squats, Leg Press, Deadlifts, Lunges, Leg Extensions and Leg Curls. Everytime I do legs I take it to the point where I almost pass out. Guess I'm not working hard enough. I'll post the weights tonight.

    Eat, Eat and Eat. Trying to watch my macro nutrients this time around. Looking to start of around 3200 cals I'm right at 250 lbs so I'm really going to make sure I get the right amount of protien, carbs and fat. I was always trying to stay away from fat. But now I know I need a little fat in the diet. I figure I have three stages. Stage one Contiue to hit the big weights with low reps supp w Creadly and Testx6. Stage 2 will be core workouts and continue with moderate lifting Creadly and Testx6. Stage three Cardio and some Keto Cuts should finish it off quiet nice. And lots of water were talking like 160+oz a day then cut back a little in Stage 3.

    Well last night I took my four tabs of Testx6. Got a pretty good nights sleep then woke up at 6:30am and hit the gym for a little Chest and triceps.

    10 min warm up on seated bike.

    Bench press: 155X5, 175x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x3
    Hammer Strength ISO Chest press: 90x10, 180x10, 270x6
    Decline Bench: 155X5, 175x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x3
    Hammer Strength ISO Decline Chest press: 90x10, 180x10, 270x6
    Incline Bench press: 155x10, 165x5, 180x5, 195x5, 210x3
    Low cable pulls: 30x20, 40x20, 50x15

    Weighted machine dips: 120x20, 170x20, 190x12, 200x8
    Reverse grip pulldowns: 40x20, 50x20, 60x20
    Push downs: 120x10, 130x10, 140x10
    Overhead extentions: 90x15, 100x15, 110x15

    Finished with some lite cardio for 30 mins. Will follow up with more lite cardio tonight.

    Thumbs up Todays Workout

    So I took four tabs of Testx6 last night before bed, I also got a new temperpedic bed best night sleep ever. Then woke up this morning a 5:00am took four tabs of Testx6 at 5:30am hit the gym at 6:00am for legs.

    10 min warm up on seated bike.

    Hack Squats: 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5, 265x5, 315x3 (had to do the 315 it just felt good)
    Leg Press: 420x10, 510x10, 600x10, 690x5, 780x3 (780 was easy)
    Deadlift: 245x5, 265x5, 285x5, 305x5 (legs were a bit sluggish)
    Standing Calf raises: 100x20 for 3 sets
    Leg Curls: 80x10 3 sets (legs had no more juice)

    Finished with some lite cardio for 30 mins. The Testx6 is realy helping to push it to the max. Can't wait to add the Creadly this next week.

Lucky she is okay, just a dislocated hip at first being so late at night it was something worse. So it's up at 5:00 am again to hit the gym at 6:00am. Cooked up 4 eggs 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. I feel like I need a little more on my stomach berfore I go to the gym, we will see how this goes.

    You know this a a great question, I try to eat something small before I go to bed to help recovery. And I have always trained almost on a empty stomach just so I can get good absorbtion of my supps. But the thing that I am learning the most is that your body needs energy to work and I don't want my body pulling protein from good muscle to try to build. So eating a small protein pack meal before my am workout helps give the body that nutrients so it doesn't take away from the gains I already have made.

    I train very early and there is no way I could eat. What I do is have a fat based meal before bed.

    The FFA's help fuel the early WO.

    You know I thaught I was going to throw up. I have never been able to eat anything before working out. When I played college football eating before practice usually meant you were going to throw up. But this time a round I just keep it light and I felt good. Will see how it goes experimenting.

    I am glad to hear she is recovering!

    Ultimately, I think I am most happy with a preworkout protein shake, that I take my liver tabs with ... Half the fun is in the experimentation, is it not???
