Here's something that's interested me. I've been gaining strength whilst cutting (lost about 12lbs in 7 weeks so far), slower than whilst bulking but still noticeably. If I am gaining muscle in correlation to this strength increase, will there be a point where the balance in fat loss/muscle gain will change and I'll start gaining weight whilst still losing bodyfat? I guess if this happens the rate will be extremely slow but I'm curious as I don't mind this diet too much.

Aim for 2011: 195lbs or heavier at ~12% by September.
