    Rate my diet please

Just rate it, comment, critic, or what ever you want to it, everything helps, thanks in advanced everyone!

    Age: 19
Gym: 5 days a week (Cardo: 5-6 days a week, 2 miles on treadmill or 125 floors on stair stepper, 6th day comes on sunday when friends and I play bball)
Lifting: I lift before I do cardio at the gym, high weight high intensity.

7 days a week I do this, 1 Minor cheat day a month. (Some changes are made to lunch and dinner, but breakfast stays primarily the same)

    Breakfast - 5 egg whites
Lunch - 1 pack of tuna with 2 chopped sweet pickles and a little bit of mustard
    Snack - Protein bar (280cal, 32g protein)
    ~Gym~
    ~Protein shake~
Dinner - Chicken breast with 2oz of wheat pasta, Or turkey sandwich with wheat bread, veggies on the side.

This usually ends up a little under 1600 calories which is what I try and stay under for the day.

I've gone from 270 to 190 doing this diet, but seemed to slow down a little at 190; so like i said any tips help PLEASE DONT BE AFRAID TO POST A COMMENT, I truly appreciate any comments!

If its not broken dont fix it.

Maybe add some more cardio to kickstart fat loss again.

    ps congrats for your loss!
Either you don't try hard, or you don't try the right way.

My brain has two sides. Left one has nothing right... and right one has nothing left.

Well I dropped 270 to 210 In about 6 months of not being strict what so ever; I cheated a lot lol. Then around Feb of this year I weighed in about 215 and it's april now and i'm 190.. I've lost A LOT more fat than that though, primarily 190 cuz of the muscle I've put on!

about a week, I'll take your advice and just wait it out another solid week.

The calories vary, Some days I could reach 1500-1700, Other days (like today) I fall far short, around 1350.

What are you drinking? I would keep an eye on your sodium intake. It would cause you to retain water and not see the number dropping.
