    Keto vs Carb Cycling

    sup bros. I'm currently 5'9 weighing in at about 206. I have no idea what my bf is but its probably over 25%. I'm thinking of committing to the ketogenic diet which means no carbs/sugars and more protein/fat. I've heard lots of great things about this diet and it seems to be legit. But, on the flipside i've also heard keto dieting leaves you with flat and deflated muscles, versus carb cycling where it makes you look bulked yet lean; ultimate aesthetics. My first question is WHAT IS CARB CYCLING. Second, is it better than keto?

    tl;dr what is carb cycling? is it better than keto dieting?
