Question Has anyone else quit smoking?

I quit smoking 11 days ago. I am using the Nicotine Replacement Thearpy a.k.a. the patch. I smoked at least one pack daily for the last 6 years. Now, I am trying to replace this negative habit with some healthy habits. But, I used smoking when I was bored, mad, stressed, happy, socially, hungry, etc. It is a difficult habit and addiction to break!

    Questions:

    1. How did you quit?
    2. How much did you smoke?
    3. What situations were the most challenging to your progress?
    4. What have you done since you quit smoking?
    5. Do you really feel better?
    6. Do your cardio workouts seem more productive?

I need some encouragement! I never worried about the cost of my habit, and wasn't concerned about what people thought about me smoking, meaning that I was never embarrassed. I grew up on a farm, raising tobacco and it helped to fund my college education. Everyone in my family smokes! I quit because my habit is affecting my 5k time and I want to be a winner again. All the health benefits that stem from quitting are also positive incentives to quit.

i went from 2 packs a day to cold turkey when my wife just refused to kiss me from one day on...she just said "you smoke, i won't kiss you" that became a hassle...

quit 2 years, now I'm doing my Master's abroad and we don't live together and I started back up again

Gonna quit when I'm done (with my degree) I imagine cause once we live together again it'll be the same deal

As for cardio, I still can run 45min without getting winded (sweat but not winded), so I don't notice a difference...I just need to stop being lazy and get in shape (which is why i started a log)
Question: "How to lose chin fat?"
Squat with the barbell gripped with your teeth.
