    Uneven traps!! help. Plus BF% estimate please!

    for some reason my traps are uneven. i do db shrugs and regular shrugs. anyone have any other ideas?





    can someone give me a rough estimate of my bf% please.

    thanks guys! my gym has one of those bf machines that you hold and that told me 13%. but i was also told that cant fluxuate 5% so i guess that would be about right.

    Mine are uneven like that too, due to scoliosis (crooked spine) and a few busted discs with nerve damage in my cervical spine. My guess would be crooked back or nerve damage. You notice any different in strength from side to side?
    Currently try to cut down to 10% bodyfat

    They do look uneven in the first picture but after that they look fine. Also noticed that your nipple line is slanted in the first picture as well so it may be your leg position which is offsetting your upper body.
