Hey. I've just finished my cut and I'm 6 ft 1, around 164lbs and between 10 and 11% bf. I lift 4 times a week and play sport twice a week and I think I've calculated my maintenance calories at 2600 calories. I've calculated my macros at 165g protein, 90g fat and 282g carbs and I was wondering if this was right. Any help would be appreciated, thanks very much.

Are you trying to maintain or bulk? I don't think you'll gain weight eating 2600 calories a day- unless you only sleep whenever you're not lifting or playing soccer.
You can't help the hopeless.
