Hi All,
I am 25, 5'10" and 125 pounds. I've been visiting the gym for a while. I see my physique has a decent shape but I do not put on weight which im quite sure is because of my food intake. I've recently started cunsuming prolab n large 2. Here's my daily intake. Is this enough for me to gain a steady weight or should I add more somewhere during the day?
10:00 AM 2 scoops with 225 ml semi skimmed milk
12:30 PM Lunch
4:30 PM 2 scoops with 225 ml semi skimmed milk
5:30 to 6:30 PM I workout
7:30 PM 2 scoops with 225 ml whole milk
10:30 PM dinner
