Huge progress - is that only 15 months training?
Big bis and chest and great quads, and you're still pretty lean despite bulking since your September pics. The only weakness appears to be your lats, which are smaller relative to your chest and shoulders.
I'd keep bulking for a while, but try to add mass to your back, then , if you can return to your September condition you'll be looking fantastic
