Huge progress - is that only 15 months training?
Big bis and chest and great quads, and you're still pretty lean despite bulking since your September pics. The only weakness appears to be your lats, which are smaller relative to your chest and shoulders.
I'd keep bulking for a while, but try to add mass to your back, then , if you can return to your September condition you'll be looking fantastic

My lats are pretty big. They just dont look good from the front... But my back is my best feature and what most think at the gym. They just need to thicken up

I work arms twice a week. Sunday Bis n Tris. Biceps after shoulder and triceps after chest. I keep it simple 4 diff things w 3-4 sets and fst7 on the last movement. I switch what i do from week to week
