you would be better off investing in food and getting a solid diet down. your gonna see more gains from food thay you ever will from supplements.
Supplements are just that things you should "supplement" to your already solid diet.
once you get your diet down a plain protein, creatine, and multi is all you need.

You are underweight going by those measurements. I would watch the video with Mark Alvisi on Gaspari's website and how he talks about whole food nutrition. You definitely need to get in your whole foods first. Next, get into the supplementation. At $60-$80 you can buy a tub of Myofusion protein...it has some more calories then other proteins but not much more...it also has a little bit of healthy fats as well as it's a blend. It will keep you anticatabolic for approx 4 hours if you nail down the whole food. Don't take 2 servings at once. Better to spread them out every 3-4hrs. You won't have anabolic spikes much greater with 2 servings but you will get the added protein. Anabolic Spikes will help with muscle growth.
This is what i do for whole food briefly -
Whole Food - 2lbs of chicken tenderloins. Cook it all up with olive oil - only a few tablespoons. Add water halfway thru the cooking process. Add peppers once cooked. Eat 4oz of chicken on 2 slices of whole grain bread. Eat that twice per day. Eat 4 eggs and a cup of whole oats in the morning. For dinner i eat whatever is made - always meat and carbs...guess what? It's the same size as the rest of my meals for argument sake.

The only thing that will make you gain weight is eating at a caloric surplus. Get those calories up and keep them up.
Until you've got your diet in order though you'll be throwing money down the drain on supplements. A protein powder is fine, but don't abuse it, it's just an economical and convenient source of protien, nothing else. Get in lots of carbs and fats, those are the keys to gaining weight. You only need 1g protein per pound of bodyweight (or in your case, use your desired bodyweight). After that split it up between carbs and fats. A bit of extra protein is fine, but trying to get in 200+ grams at your weight is just excessive.Latest Reviews:

peanut butter, chicken, peanut butter, turkey, peanut butter, beef, peanut butter, sweet potatoes. get a good diet planned out and have a protein shake after your workout. take a multi and fish oil before bed. other than that i wouldnt recommend you take much anything else until you get in the swing of things.
