I'm not sure if this forum is JUST for supps, so disregard of that's the case but I was hoping to get some advice/pointers for my diet. I workout 6 days a week most weeks, never less than 4 days on a bad week. I've been eating cleaner but just can not rid myself of this belly fat! 😠I'm getting married and it JUST hit me that I have about 6 weeks until my final dress fitting and wanted to see if any of you guys have any tips, tricks or diets to recommend to give me a little extra boost for these last few weeks. I'm not expecting a crazy dramatic change in that amount of time, but would like to get the max amount of results from now till then!

You need to learn about calories. What your maintance level is. What healthy level of calories to drop. What food to eat. And then ad some good intensity workouts. Intervals maybe?
Be carefull to remove to much calories, body may be responding to reduced calorie intake by reducing calorie expenditure in an attempt to maintain energy balance and prevent starvation. It will actually store the energy as fat tissue. So you can be very thin but still have a belly.Last edited by ChrisSWE; 03-05-2018 at 04:13 PM.

Head here and read the stickies. Apply what you learn.

Just eating "clean" which is subjective isn't going to help you lose weight. Workout and type isn't hyper-relevant to fat loss. Fat is lost when you're at a caloric deficit to TDEE. Most people that are training maintain a higher protein macro to help avoid the loss of muscle mass. Exercise simply creates a larger caloric deficit so you can eat more food in a given day."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

I'd be curious on how'd you define "Clean" for example pre-made salads bag while marketed as healthy are one of the worst things you could possibly eat. If you know you maintenance calorie level then you can start to tinker with getting your self in a deficit to drop fat. Everyone is different. I typically will cut fats slightly, once I plateau I'll reduce my carbs until I'm near zero. I don't reduce protein below a gram per pound body-weight because that what help curbs cravings and helps you feel your fullest.

SMH. The lack of ability to use logic is astounding here.
A) I don't need to exercise to create a caloric deficit to TDEE, I only need to eat less calories than calories I burn in a given day.
B) If your body is at a deficit to TDEE there are not enough calories available for your body to store as "fat tissue" as you attempted to claim."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

No you didn't. Perhaps you should re-read your post.
So it's a theory now? Can't wait to see your science to support that "theory." Again, I don't have to prove you wrong when you make a statement or create a theory based on nothing. You have to prove it correct.
Agree with rhadam. As I've said before, stick to misc and discuss your "theories" there."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
