okay so i've been skinny the whole 19 years i've been alive and right now my diet is...okay i'm workin on making it better! i've been working on getting leaner and putting on more muscle mass. i know that diet is FIRST priority! and then lifting heavy weights and doing some cardio...i do all of that!
i'm having a little trouble getting rid of my lower ab...chub i guess you could say...i don't even know if its fat...i mean it could be but it just feels like extra skin. my boyfriend calls it a pooch
i guess the question is...do i need to be eating more healthy fat burning foods? or taking a fat burning supplement? or will it go away the more i work out and let my body just change on its own.....
any comments would be great!!!

116 at 5'6? You are already very lean...there's no stomach pooch in your pictures.
There are no magical fat burning foods. If I were lucky enough to look like you I'd ditch cardio and lift heavy and I definitely wouldn't lower calories.Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.

I definitely wouldn't eat less.
It is true about the female figure unfortunately.
You could try lifting a little bit heavier, do lifting sessions that involve a lot of core work (they pretty much all do)
For cardio you could give HIIT sessions a try too.The sexiest parts of my body? My brain, my spine, and my guts.
