Should a healthy person theoretically have an empty freezer?

With the exception of frozen veg and perhaps some fish.

I think its because alot of unhealthy food is already precooked and frozen, pizza pockets, hungry man dinners, etc.

A healthy person would not eat any of that stuff.

On the contrary, a healthy person seems to usually have a completely full freezer...

Unless you like making trips to the store every few days for fresh meats and produce, youll load your freezer with fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, etc.

Frozen veggies are great. I can get veggies I like to eat with them being out of season.

    Also, frozen bananas are awesome.

    Lawlzz!!

On topic, frozen veggies are possibly more nutritious then fresh because they are frozen soon after they are picked from the ground vs fresh witch get to the store weeks old after some of the nutrients are lost.

Weather this is true or not I don't know, saw it on "The Doctors" lol.

I always have a box of frozen chicken breast in my freezer. My beef and pork I buy fresh never frozen keep in the fridge.

I consider myself to be pretty damn healthy and I indulge in a frozen pizza or some frozen french fries from time to time. I think it is a pretty unhealthy relationship with food to just avoid things you normally like to eat "clean", whatever that is. It is all about moderation!
