Replace that with finishing in 4 years, no 2 years wasted looking for a job because you have one right after graduation, and starting salary of $70k+ that only goes up with experience.

Glad my parents paid for my school when I went for my bachelors. Not doing grad school either, just going to go straight for CPA since no loans or more school will be involved. As of now though, my wife makes slightly more money than I do with no college education.

All depends really. As the economy sits right now there are very very few things actually worth attending school for right now and probably for the foreseeable future with how things are going. As of right now I think you are probably ok without college but in about 10+ years when things hopefully pick up you are going to be left behind.
