I'm really pumped to try this product. I have taken many creatine products and protein powders and many BCAA. Never tried anything with Waxy Maze starch in it.

Age: 21 turning 22 on Jan 9th
Height/Weight: Currently 6"2' and 217lbs

Current training schedule:
Sunday--Rest
Monday--Shoulders/Cardio
Tuesday--Chest/Triceps
Wednesday--Abs/Forearms/Cardio
Thursday--Legs
Friday--Back/Biceps
Saturday--Abs/Forearms/Cardio

I like to do pyramids. Start light to warm up. Get in the 1-4 rep range. Then go back down from there.

I'll get more into my workouts as I do them. With weight and what exercises.

Had an awesome workout. I currently quit my gym membership at snap fitness and am about to join the YMCA. However I still can do a lot of things at home.

I did back and biceps today...However I took it easier on biceps, just because I always pull them if I do too many sets...It's not bad form its just something with me...I've seen personal trainers about it.. But they still got really pumped up.. and my back was looking awesome.

Well anyways on to the product...

I'm really different then BB2K. I love the smell of it and I love the taste!!! I like how Its a drink I can mix with water and taste good...I dont like the chocolate whey protein in water...Soo it will be tight to bring it to the gym.

I feel like it kept my muscles pumped and full...Just what I was hoping for..

Lets see if I feel the same way tomorrow...

I think I'm going to try before cardio too one time, to preserve muscle.

But still lovin the taste...I enjoy everything thats not water. for the most part

The effects (at least for me) of AM are a bit more subtle..you will notice less soreness and greater energy but it is not "in your face"... Def effective though

well.. it isnt a stim.. so the only real "feeling" you should have is just refreshed and faster recovery...

glad you are enjoying the AM.. id say its for sure out of the norm for anyone to not like the taste

Today was an off day and was my birthday, didnt workout and diet wasnt bad but wasnt good today..A lot of friends came over...might take some aftermath before bed like it says on directions for off-days

Im hungry for an awesome workout tomorrow though.

Did shoulders today. Miltary Press. Shoulder Shrugs were my main lifts...Feels good. I love it when my shoulders get pumped and I have that broad shoulder look.

Aftermath was good.. Look awesome after taking it..

Yesterday I ran a bit and did abs.. I normally do around 150 sit ups. Lots of leg raises for bottom abs and heel touchers to workout obliques.

Im going to do back and biceps today...Just took some lit-up and feeling good.. Im kinda holding off legs until I get my gym membership which will be before Sunday..

So Aftermath has been treating me well...Sorry for lack of updates and all..Been busy and I officially have a girlfriend as of yesterday..My first girlfriend ever and I'm 22 years old.. and no its not because im a loser...its because I finally found someone I care about


Still loving the taste.. I wish they made a package with half fruit punch and half blue rasberry, that would be amazing!!
