So I tried doing a search but really couldn't find anything exactly about nonfat protein reviews. So what my question is what kind of nonfat protein have you guys tried that works well?
The reason is I'm trying to lose fat but still keep muscle for mma. I'm not trying to take weight loss pills or anything like that just would like to hear what you guys have tried and liked. Thanks a lot.

You'd probably have more luck if you search for "Whey Protein Isolate" rather than non-fat protein.
Isolates have at least 90 percent protein per scoop, very low in fat and carbs.ALLMAX Nutrition Rep
