Mega dose BCAAs... I'm going to make a log on it when I cut sometime in May.
Usually 40-50g of BCAAs per day, in the 2:1:1 ratio. It doesn't matter what brand you use, BCAAs, are BCAAs. You can use Xtend, Scifit, CheapSupplements BCAAs, Ice, doesn't matter, like I said, BCAAs are BCAAs.

Very pricey though, my mega dosing stack is around 200$, again, saving up for May

Are you going to factor in the calories in BCAA's since your mega dosing? I still consider 1g of BCAA's to be 4 calories but, I never count it since I don't use anymore than 15g/day.

I plan on treating BCAA's just as if they were protein. 1g BCAA = 1g protein. So the answer would be yes...

    But I'm only doing 45g a day.
    45 x 4 = 180 calories extra... so I'm not cutting off a whole lot extra

Nutrient partitioners like anabolic pump + carbs. Lean xtreme works good for this as well.

While I agree BCAA's are great for cutting and have their place in aiding on recovery/maintaining muscle mass mega-dosing will be very hard for most individuals due to price. Even with Xtend as cheap as 36$ for 90 servings taking more than 30+g a day is more than enough... Take 15-20g during your workout and you can spread 5g between meals throughout the day as Layne Norton has researched in his muscle protein synthesis PDF (larger meals with Xtend between each meal at 1 scoop) His research and information you can google/read the powerpoint as it explains how elevating aminos levels to their peak by doing this aids in preserving muscle mass.

Beast and Marc have had great results while utilizing the megadosing experiment, but remember they are the ones who can use this supplement with an unlimited budget, where as people like us do not have that opportunity. Its hard to really say with not much feedback on multiple people doing this.

Also you have to put into consideration your calorie level, and adding up the amount of protein you get through a powdered substance (BCAA's) where you will need to consider the amount of REAL food to keep you satisfied during your cut while implementing the BCAA megadosing. Hunger may catch up to you in the end.
