I heard its good for weight loss so is this good for me while losing weight.
It has two cream and two sugar. If it fits into my diet is it good to have.

don't add cream or sugar.
while killing food cravings may seem ideal for losing weight it REALLY kills the craving and some people dont eat the amount they should. you'll have to force yourself to eat.

FYI Timmies Coffee has quite abit of calories in it:
Large double double
Calories: 230
Fat: 12 g
Protein: 2 g
Carbs: 26 g
Fibre: 0 g
Sugar: 26 g
People at work have 2-3 of these a day and I dunno if they know they are drinking a big mac meal.

Either way I know it's a misconception how many cals are in the average tim hortons coffee. Most people on bb.com would be aware but not the average person.
One guy here was on a diet forever and damn near crapped his pants when I told him his xl - triple triple has over 400 cal in it.
