    I can't stand celery!!

    If you deep fried it and wrapped it in a twinkie I would still hate it, but I like the benefits of eating it. Is there an extract or pill I can use to replace it?

    If not I'll just muscle it down. Thx

    Theres no tablets that im aware of or supplements, I hate celery also its the worst possible thing to eat, but I have to build muscles so I eat about 10 stalks a day. Just man up bro.

    Well the benefits aren't huge or anything, from what I've read it has some reproductive benefits. I'll try the blue cheese tho, that could be good. It's def not required and trust me I could live without it! Just seems like there's a shortcut for everything these days..,

    There's alot of research backing this claim though. It's not my main focus, however If it does raise libido, well, I find when my libido is up I have a little more aggression in the gym. As far as sperm count, I could care less. One 2 year old wreaking havoc is enough for me!

    I was just curious seeing as that there is a pill or extract for everything these days.

    Well with all the articles I have seen on it I am comfortable with saying it can/may boost libido. If it doesn't, your out the 1.99 it cost.

    Better celery than a $40 bottle of trib IMO

    its been studied that it does increase load volume and libido, as it has alot androsterone in it, ive always ate it with peanut butter.

    In before hissy fit that your sources aren't from medical journals written by 10 teams of 20 doctors that graduated from Harvard Med, and the article was reviewed by 10 teams of 50 doctors, each from the top 10 medical research universities in the country.

    Simple, if you want celery but don't like the taste. Get a juicer, mix it with juice of other fruits and veggies. For example, mixed with a little carrot juice, some apple juice or gape juice, and even a banana, and you won't even taste the celery.
