Was formerly anorexic, dropped from 180 to 130 with horrible low calories diet and too much cardio. Then started to bulk. Until 4 -6 months ago my training and diet wasnt the best, so my progress is no where near how good it should be. But i know what to do now and i will only improve. Check out my log in sig

you have good bicep genetics. other then that just eat like a horse. once you start getting your man muscles you will fill out nicely.

Good job bro, as also a former anorexic ( I weighed about 129lbs at 6'5) I know what it's like to be gaining some weight.
