Im 19 years old and and never really considered lifting until about 4 months ago. The start of summer I became really committed to lifting. Over the past 4 months i've been going to the gym every day for about 2 hours.
I'm 6'4.
At the start of the summer I weighed 155 lbs.
Now I weigh 190 lbs.
Critiques are welcomed.

Seriously, though. Love your body you have fantastic genetics and I'm sure at least 90% of the people viewing this thread wishes they could have your genetics.
I am not trying to state that it's all genetics, obviously a TON of hard work went into that physique. Once again, a huge congratulations on your transformation!
What are your plans for the future?

Damn dude you def have good genetics. Keep up the great work. And honestly with how your physique is now all I would want to do is maintain. But that's just me.

I really don't know what my plans for the future are. Still deciding whether I want to get bigger or stay lean.
Thank you for all of the compliments also! It really keeps me motivated.
Also if anyone knows anyone that lives in Reno, NV, I would love to pick up a mentor/trainer to help me out. Im not as educated on all this stuff as i'd like to be and I really want to get more into it.Last edited by jakelolz; 11-24-2010 at 09:09 AM.
