    4 Month Progress- Hard Work and Serious Lifting

    Im 19 years old and and never really considered lifting until about 4 months ago. The start of summer I became really committed to lifting. Over the past 4 months i've been going to the gym every day for about 2 hours.

    I'm 6'4.
    At the start of the summer I weighed 155 lbs.
    Now I weigh 190 lbs.

    Critiques are welcomed.

    I guess you'd be described as that classic mesomorph everyone envies. Good job on the weight gain! You gained a lot of size. You did gain some fat, judging by the before and after pictures, but you still look great, still pretty lean. Solid.

    Yeah i definitely did gain some fat, my main goal was to put on some more weight so I am eating a lot.

    For my diet I just try to eat as many calories as possible. I have pretty great genetics so i don't have to worry about it that much.

    For my routines I do 12 reps for every set I do. I never really lift heavy as i'm trying to get a more lean look as opposed to mass.

    I really don't know what my plans for the future are. Still deciding whether I want to get bigger or stay lean.

    Thank you for all of the compliments also! It really keeps me motivated.

    Also if anyone knows anyone that lives in Reno, NV, I would love to pick up a mentor/trainer to help me out. Im not as educated on all this stuff as i'd like to be and I really want to get more into it.

    And also a comment on my abs before. They were just a result of good genetics and me being extremely skinny. Ive put a lot more work into them now. They may not look as great but they are definitely stronger and more dense. I don't think it's possible for me to go back to my past abs at this point.
