    Need help getting back into Bb

    I have my knee completely reconstructed about a month ago. It is not healing very fast.

    I am still about a month away from running. I can't squat, deadlift, or do any other type of standing exercise that puts stress on my joints.

    I haven't been able to train for about 4 months now because of my knee.


    Can you all help give me some motivation and help me with designing some sort of workout plan to get back into the swing of things.
    Recovering from knee surgery.
