    Pumped to start Bulk

    Getting a major bulk started lasting through March. Trying to gain 20 lbs, hopefully 15+ of muscle. Thanksgiving is the best lifting holiday of the year haha goin all out on the deadlifts beforehand! Im sure many of you are prepping for a winter bulk too

    Like you, i am 5'10", and have spent years trying to pack on the size durring the winter. I got up to 210lbs at one point, and was def stronger than ever. The hard part was trying to shead the weight afterwards, and keep that strengh up! I personally got really discouraged. I find that i can maintain about 80% of that strengh at 160lbs, so i personally am just going to stay "fit" this winter.

    You should keep this thread alive with your bulk to track your progress. Just out of curiosity, what expierences have you had doing in the past? Post some of your best lifts now, and then as you go. Perhaps your progress will give me some hope to try a bulk again. Wish you the best of luck.

    I have been cutting and eating right, dropped 6-8% bf ia ma in my best shape ever. (no pic up yet) which puts me at about 7-8% bf at 167. My goal is to get into the fitness model industry so i would like to be at 180 at 6% in june/july. So im goin hard this winter! a clean bulk with a 4-5 day split. I have lost strength on most of my exercises during the cut, but will be higher than ever by january.
    Current lifts: Squat 325x5 Bench 185x6 (my weak point) Deads: 365x3
    I will be in the 1000 club this winter!! Goin hard
