You think you gained 33 pounds of lean in 4 months? You are garbage.
Here are my gains in 1 year, 185- 210 and ill be first to say it is nearly all lean. Bodyfat is probably around 10-12%. Im going to be as close to 7% as possibly after my cut is done. Currently Bulking to around 218-220.
This is my progress in 1 year of lifting. I will be cutting in a couple months
Age:19
Height: 6'2
Weight: 210ish fluctuates between 209-211
