had a great back workout at lunch time, got home from work and did a 5km run in 25min.
had 3 eggs for breakfast, 1 35cal yogurt at 1030, 1 piece of 70% dark chocolate, pre-workout xpand, post workout xpand + isoflex why, 1 35cal yogurt at 330, 3 pieces of 70% dark chocolate.
planning on having some chicken and broccoli for dinner.

checking back in, was pretty good over the wknd. mondays lift was a little sub par but yesterday I kicked some ass. noticing some visible weight loss and muscle gains, as is the gf haha. weigh in is tommorow, hoping Im below 196! keep up the good work ppl! also started brazilian jiu jitsu, which kicks my ass, so hopefully helps cut some bf %

only got 2.5 hours of sleep last night, later workout + jack3d kept me up til 4:30.. should I nap and workout today, or since im exhausted take the day off maybe do a little cardio and just go hard tommorow?

Just wondering if i can opt into this thread. Got my 18th birthday in Jan so would love to be looking at my best for that and thereafter. Want to lose as much fat as possible whilst maintaing/gaining dat der muscle fibres.

Fuk! I've lost 10lbs in the first week. The 2nd week I had 2 weddings and couldn't contain myself on eating and vie gained 5 lbs back. So this week I've gotta train 2 times harder. Add in an extra hour for cardio, my arms are pretty tired from lifting so I've gotta take a break till tomorrow

Just checking in. Ran W5D2 of C25K this morning. Tomorrow is legs/shoulders/abs.
I went to bed super early last night, got a full night's sleep, and still feel exhausted today. Don't know what that's all about, though everyone else in the house is sick, so maybe this is just my defense. I had a planned cheat meal at lunch yesterday, so it shouldn't be from calorie deprivation or anything.

Thats ok, sometimes if you eat alot of crap food it is water weight
GJM, i also find that I get bouts of exhaustion on a cut, it is usually the fact that your glycogen stores which are used for energy are depleted because you are eating less and still working out. It is a good sign but i have found on previous cut that when it drops too low that you have problems with your workouts, it can be time for a clean carb up day.

wok up late this morning, showered and weighed in again just for the hell of it. Scale changes between 261 and 260 . im happy because my cheat/rest day was yesterday.
Getting some studying in right now them hitting the gym.

Just some people trying to inspire each other and get this done. I know today is not an official weigh-in but I did today anyways and am now officially down 60 lbs!! Fkkkkkkk yeah feelsgoodman! 208.6 down from 268.8 Oct of last year now just need 28 more lbs. and reevaluate.
I'm a good ways towards what many of you are trying to achieve. I'll just say that the road is tough, demanding, sometimes exhausting and frustrating but I have never felt better and I've never felt more proud of myself. Keep at it, dedicate yourself and make sacrifices you will get there too. Let's stay focused.

Thanks man. Ive had at go at this before (the whole joining a thread to help with motivation & gains etc.) and ive quickly lost sight of a goal and just let it slip away. But not this time.
Im coming up to 18 years of age, im doing well at college, got a good life as it stands and I just want that satisfaction of a successful cut and show off them previous gains☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆

Day 1 today. 269lbs with a goal of 240-243 by January 1st.
Started this morning off at 5:30 with 1 scoop Nutek Pro-5 Protein and 2 cups skim milk with a Nutrigrain bar.
9am 2 cups Cheerios, 1 cup skim milk and a apple.
Lunch will be chicken breast and 2 cups frozen broccoli
3pm snack will be 5 oz can Tuna and a little mustard
5pm 4 mile walk
6:30 Dinner-6 oz Lean hamburger (no bun) with 2 cups frozen vegetable mix
