What to do on a bad day

For whatever reason, some days my workout just doesn't turn out as I had planned. Last night I didn't sleep well and just felt weaker than usual throughout the day.

When I went to the gym and started my routine, it was obvious that I wouldn't be able to lift as heavy of weights or complete as many reps as I would have preferred.

So my question is on days like this, should I maintain the same weight and do less reps or should I lower my weight down to where I am able to stay in my normal rep range?

I say tweak it however you wish. But personally, when I get days like this, I just do 1 set for every exercise until failure, then finish my workout with some light cardio. At the end of the day, you could've skipped a workout - yet instead, you came to do SOMETHING, which is way better than NOTHING.
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.

Kinda wondering this as well. Going with what he said, personally, I would think less weight, more reps..but Im no expert.
