    Senior Project Title: Weight Lifting

My school makes a big deal about a senior project that we can do on basically anything. I chose to do mine on 'reducing/preventing weight lifting injuries'. I have to come up with a clever title for my project/paper (title is due tomorrow) but I'm stumped right now? Anyone got any ideas?

My project advisor (knows nothing about lifting) suggested something like "A Six Pack, Is It Worth It?" or "The Dangers of Being Healthy". I dont really like those so I'm asking yall for help.

    Thanks.
    Stats:
    Squat: 335x1 (raw), 225x25 (raw)
    Bench: 205x1
    Deadlift: 285x2
    Power Clean: 165x3

    Standing Vertical Jump: 33.4 inches
40 yard dash: 4.65 (stop watch) 4.91 (laser)
    Pro Agility: 4.44
