After over 2 years of hard work, I am now published in a Kinesiology text! I wrote a chapter on the Principles of Strengthening Exercises, which includes detailed explanations and case studies of all the "crazy" **** i used to talk about on here years back...lol
Even better, Dr. Muscolino (whom I work for) asked me to co-author his next book which will focus on functional kinesiology! (simply put, an atlas of functional groups and specific exercises and stretches for each). Anyways here are a few pics....
Cover of book...
The actual chapter....
I modeled/directed the photoshoot too...

I'm a published author!!!
If what I see does not amaze me, I am not looking hard enough.

if you enjoy the writing process, it really is alot of fun. tedious at times, but most things in life (worth doing) are. and yeah, i really tried to make this different from the rest of the market by putting in alot of progressive concepts and up to date info. not sure about price, i think it will go for about 50? www.learnmuscles.com is the main authors website. thanks again!
thanks! btw did you deadlift that? (in your profile)
i have been working with the main author (Dr. Muscolino) for a few years assisting his cadaver labs and other workshops...i have a few training certifications but actually dont even have a bachelors (the Chiropractic college here has a matriculation program). i tried not to base the chapter around any of what i had learned from training ***** though, i wanted it to be original.
the process of getting published starts with a book proposal, which can actually be downloaded from many publishers websites. proposals actually take a good amount of time to complete, and typically take a month or 2 to hear a response if they are interested...If what I see does not amaze me, I am not looking hard enough.
