so im back after an 18 day layoff, its been a rough couple weeks but im ready to get at it again. im going for strength this time, working on bringing up "The Big 5" or specifically: squat, dead, bench, chins and dips.

im pretty much going to work within the boundaries of what i can handle. probably slap on 5-10 lbs every week until my form breaks then re group. i dont really believe in programs, because weight is so relative to many other factors. science and math are great, but they dont mix well with physiology and nature.
its only just begun.
