Hey everyone.
At the moment im taking 1MR before workout, really hypers me up... then throughout my workout i drink Xtend while doing weights....
Im 220pounts 6'1.. aim is to loose my fat and get muscly... (so cutting is my main priority atm)
What should i be taking? what would be the best for me?... i take 1MR to get my heart pumping and make me workout to my full potential. (3 days cardio, 3 days Weights)

preworkout: anadraulic state gt, jack3d, stick with 1mr whatever u want
postworkout: whey-myofusion, optimum nutrition, syntha 6, any really doesnt matter 2much
daily: multivitamin-ast multi pro, optimen, orange triad....
all u need really is whey but i know the others help. heck u dont even need whey if u eat enough grilled chicken breasts a day☆☆☆MISC BOXING CREW☆☆☆
