    excercice that work the lats but NOT the bicep?

    forum. during the months, i ahve helped hundreds of u to gain muscles and sucksess. now its my turn to ask for help. do u know of any excercise that works the lats but NOT the bicep? or which of the variuos versions of pull down/up, and how should it be performed, to put less emphasize on bicep?

    the two excersize i know of are various pullover (DB, BB, cable), which i feel more in my tricep then lats, and i heard of the "iron cross" which i haven't tried. any experience? tnx

    I will use hooks/wraps during most back exercises in order to try and take most of my arm out of the movement (hooked grip.) Still hits the biceps somewhat but not nearly as hard *shrugs*.

    Almost certain there is an exercise called vipers I read Victor talking about in an old MD, which has no bicepd involved.

    Edit: Searched my old MD mags and couldn't spot it. Maybe I was wrong.
