haven't really been posting in here all that much, so i'm not quite sure whats up.....
are there ANY strong or big guys with (real, not second accounts) late 09/10 join dates?
most of the old brahs are gone, people are taking ph's who can't even bench ****ing 200 lbs/squat 300/pull 400, the trolls pretty much suck, barely any competitors, (we had people who almost went PRO before, not so much anymore)
what the fuk happened?

we have classic who's already competed and won.
father of cajun was gonna compete, think he got banned for ph talk or something.
mormon's still here for a couple months.
I don't plan on competing until next summer, long way to go.
the sea is still around.
no1sytz is huge, no late join date though.

i bench 205 but i might bounce a bit and squat 405 ATG
No i wont post vids just sayin. And it seems NOBODY in this fkin forum can squat or do any leg related exercise with good form and semi heavy/heavy weight. Only person ive seen vids of doin any decent squat is SeanP35 and Galindos legs are fkin huge

i agree, i was never a big poster(still aren't) but i remember they times when it was actually funny here. i forgot his name but there was this one guy that everyone thought that he was mexican(lulz) and he started cycling when he was at about 230+ and he was just jacked. i remember he made a thread about how dedicated people don't go to christmas's partys but rather stay home with their parents and eat and ****. and i remember how he made a thread how he force fed him self, puked, and ate his puke.
we had a lot of cool people here, now not so much

P.S- I support drug use for performance enchancement but there are limits. Atleast wait till you have a solid foundation, can rep out with 225 bench/ 315 squat / 405 deadlift, and know what the you're putting into your body.
