280lb bench at 140 isn't far fetched... I had a buddy in highschool bench 330lbs, 17 yrs old at 145lbs. The difference is: my buddy had decent chest development and triceps.
I'm not saying that you are lying OP but the pics do make it difficult to believe.
Anyways, keep training and put some vids up and doubts go out the window.always rep back, bro

Maybe the bench press that he performs isn't quite as technically sound as how most of you guys do it. If I take the bar down to 3 finger widths from my chest, which is how I normally perform bench presses my max is 245 lb. But I'm quite sure if I lower the bar to 11 inches from my chest, I can do a lot more. As much as my wrists will allow me hold up without injury. Just a thought
