    Casein Supp vs. Milk

Would it make that much of a difference if I just drank 2 cups of milk before bed instead of drinking a casein shake?
Any other Casein Supp vs Milk comments?

I always used a whey/casein blend of a protein powder....in a full cup of milk. =) If I had to choose though, I would prefer milk due to its lower price.

Because milk is predominantly casein protein, which is a slow digesting protein as compared to whey protein.

^^^^ where is your proof? the protein in milk is at a 80/20 ratio.. 80% casein, 20% other proteins..

and to answer your question.. i drink one scoop of Myo with 20 ounces of milk PWO, and once before bed..

One shake has 45 g protein, and that way I get 20 ounces of protein from the milk instead of using water

Also, Myo is a protein blend, not just all whey, so it also has some other proteins that dissolve slower than whey.
