it was supposibly superdrol but it did nothing i gained weight but ill tell you my diet was the reason..
breakfeast:1 banana,6 whole eggs, 1 scoop of whey protein
1 hour later 2cups of oatmeal,4tbsp peanut butter
lunch:2 cans of tuna,4 slices wheat bread, 2 cups of yams
afternoon snack:2cups of oats,2 scoops of protein
also have protein bars or whatever i can fastly make before dinner.
dinner:2 cup brown rice,2 cups sweet potatoes, 6 eggs, 1 can of tuna
bedtime 2tbsp peanut butter 1 scoop of protein
obviously i try tp keep it in check i don't eat sugar it makes me acidy bc i havent had it in so long. I usually dont eat everything i switch it in with chicken and beef but thats my base

damn you tried sdrol under 21, suposed to be a really really harsh PH and have the equivalent side's. probably a good job you didnt do the full cycle.

honestly... for me... the best way to grow my biceps was after a back workout to do 6 sets of EZ bar bicep curls 8-12 reps 4 seconds eccentric 2 seconds concentric + 4 sets of chin ups 2-3 times spread throughout the week (weighted if you can get more than 15 for a set) again with 4 seconds eccentric phase 2 seconds on the concetric - the tempo is of primary importance in my opinion if you do this exactly as I say you should have no problem adding size. Over the last month i've gained noticable size doing this.
Lifts
Squat: 155k (341 pounds)
Deadlift: 140k (308 pounds)
Bench Press: 102.5k (225.5 pounds)
Qualifications
Reps level 2 qualified gym instructor
Reps level 3 qualified personal trainer
Degree in sport science (in the process of completing)
