Shopping Spree Friday, What should I buy?

Ok I have been off everything except Creatine Mono and Protein since my test booster cycle ended. I wasn't impressed with the results versus the money I spent.

My destination is the Vitamin Shoppe while I'm visiting my wife's family for the 4th of July weekend. I live in Canada and will be crossing over and hitting a vitamin shoppe for some goodies.

Here's my routine...

Sun - Gym for a Row
Mon- Crossfit
Tues - Gym for a Row
Wed - Crossfit
Thurs - Crossfit
Fri - Crossfit
Sat - Much needed rest

I'm 33 and currently and looking to burn a little fat, which won't be an issue with Crossfit and the metcons. However I'm interested in gaining maybe 10-12 more pounds of LBM while shedding maybe 5-6% BF.

I have protein, I have creatine mono...not interested in replacing those.

Pre- Workout? What are your top 3? I have tried these in the past and I spent too much time on the toilet

Intra-workout? Top 3? Oh boy do I need energy near the end of my workouts

Anything else you can think of a guy that wants to just slowly and steadily gain some LBM while getting lean in the process?

Oh I'm very big on food...don't worry.

Just looking for a leg up on the competition so to speak. If a pre-workout will help me in my crossfit workouts, I want one. If an intra workout will help keep me going deep in to the metcon workout, I want one. If a post workout will help me recover, again I want one.

But I want stuff that actually works

Yeah that's the plan of course, but that leaves me with a handfull of days to educate myself on what's good, what's great and what does nothing more than empty your wallet

You know I'm always tempted to run a PH every time I'm heading down to the US, I know they still sell a few at VS and GNC

The problem is I don't really know a PH from another pill, with the exception of Methyl 1-D which seems to be a PH and even tells you to use FORMADROL EXTREME as a PCT

I wonder if that stuff actually works

If anybody has a few spare minutes to browse the VS site and let me know if there are amy worthwhile PH's there, I'd give you reps for life in return if you found something My reps are only 1300 but it't better than nothing

PCT's are no worries, my wife is infertile she has an open perscription for Clomid at any time I have some Novedex XT also that doesn't expire till 2012 to block that nasty estrogen too...

I'm still a work in progress bro. I was a couch potato salesman up until Feb 1 of 2010. Dropped about 10% BF and added some decent LBM since them, but the LBM gains have slowed to a crawl as we all knew they would.

My LBM is 189 right now, I would like to see that in the area of 200.

Please don't write me off as a troll, I'm a 33 year old family man trying to get back into the shape I was in when I was in my late teens and early 20's.

I went to buy some new pants and was going to have to buy 44 inch waist pants, I said **** it...bought a belt and got my ass back in the gym. Now down to a 38" waist

I'm for real...and I would appreciate your help.

You younger guys know supplements far better than I do, when I was in my lifting prime...there was Creatine and a bunch of other crap that didn't work. Haha I bought my supplements from a Vitamin store than sold Berkenstalks and other hippie crap. The supplement section was 1 shelf in the whole store

There are tons and tons of pro hormones out there that you can take. I would suggest for your pre workout to take some White flood and maybe purple wraath. The WF will give you a real good pump and get you ready to eat the gym alive while purple wraath will provide you with some BCAA's during your workout. Both are inexpensive. a

Do not waste your money with GNC pro hormones. GNC is good for protein lol

Use the search button for pro hormones. Personally this next week i will start a cycle of epistane by IBE. Read the logs that people have in forums. Epistane is a good PH without alot of side effects and it also doesent shut down your system. It also promotes lean gains which sounds like what you are looking for. Since you already have a serm i would recommend that you do pick up a test while your here and prob a natty test for your pct. Your old enough to understand the sides. I have taken a total of 3 cycles. Every time i gain about 12 - 18 pounds and with a good PCT i keep almost all gains.

Get your DHEA levels checked next time you go to the Doctors. I have heard of alot of people 30 + years of age who have found great benefits from DHEA. Your cortisol levels drop around 30 .
