    It's called Napa. About an hour from sacramento, SF and Oakland. My diet right now isn't really a diet. Its just, I eat. Everything and anything.     I take a lot of pictures. The changed you can SEE are amazing and keep me going. I always reccomend that people take before and after pics.

    Cutting foods:
    Meats

    Oatmeal
    PB

    Mormons are christian. We believe in Jesus Christ.
