    p90x without the eating plan

I've been doing p90x without the nutrition plan.

I don't eat bad by any means, I have a pretty high protein diet.

Will this completely void my efforts in the workout?

    Hey man,

Depends on what you are trying to do. By your stats I dont think you are needing to lose weight, so don't worry about the diet that goes with the workouts. Just eat lots and do the workouts, you'll gain some muscle for a little while.
