Just bought 2 tubs of the now foods grapefruit extract after reading so many positive reviews about the health benefits that grapefruit has. After doing a little more research something caught my eye which said that it can inhibit your liver's ability to breakdown estrogen, so increase estrogen which is not a good thing. Does anyone have a input and more research on this claim and if it is a worry or not.

Use soy protein for enhanced test too. Can mix all of that with some onion juice if you want.
