This and this. Scroll down a little farther and get the BTGO (buy two get one) free! Also, since all you're tried is choc mint you can splurge an extra $5-7 and get 3 diff 2lb'ers. That's what I did. Got to try diff flavors I didn't want to risk on 10lb'ers. CinnBunn rocks and is beyond awesome on oatmeal. WildBerry is pretty ok and combines great w/ other powders. Still have to try the VanCarm. Will take advantage of the the BTGO once I do!

I was actually wondering if MGN is trying to sell out of all stock to introduce a new flavor or panel profile so they're are no mixmatches. ATW is same situation and I'm pretty sure they're sister co's.

Have also tried cake batter and strawberry. Both were pretty weak which led me to believe the profile might get changed.

i just bought 6 tubs, banana and wildberry. its a good change from the "normal" flavors they have. i mix my banana with my homemade weight gainer shakes, and i use a half scoop of wilberry in my blue raspberry dark matter post workout.

works great

ya, def go for it next time though. i just mixed a half scoop into some strawberry yogurt, good stuff.

just something to keep in mind, the scoop that comes with MGN measures more than their 28gram serving size. i believe someone else mentioned this a few days ago also. both of my tubs (banana and wildberry) have a "myofusion type scoop" that measures 36grams every time. so scale it out if you only want one serving, or fill the scoop about 3/4 full.

was just curious been looking for a decently priced protein and this seems pretty good, shipped to canada is 47 with the BTGO deal. Ive been using optinum nutrition for yrs and was wondering what other options are out there. Was wondering if this is a quality protein?

this is pure isolate at a good price, i dont see a reason for using optimum unless your getting it cheaper.

There should be a line half way up the scoop that shows the "level scoop". Yeah, I first noticed this when a 5lb tub said each serv was 1oz but in the bottom of the scoop it said 2oz. I was like "son of a bitch!". It was then that I realized why my casein was going to quickly too...

That's a really great idea. I love my yogurt, adding some whey sounds interesting. It seems like a whole scoop would be a lot to mix in though. Does it clump up at all or does it mix fairly easy?

i noticed the line before but for some reason i didnt bother to check. i just measured it though. using the line will come out to about 20-21grams (with my scoop anyway) oh well, im just going to continue using my scale, its the only way to know for sure

banana is awesome because it goes with anything. you can use it in a shake with a milk,pb,oats base. or you can change it completely and use a water/juice base with a bunch of fruit.

a whole will clump, a half is fine though.


edit: if you use a half scoop of mgn, you will have a cup of yogurt with about 18g protein, so its not a bad snack.

No. Equal or very slightly less. BUT! MGN is pure whey isolate while ON is a blend. Plus mgn is cheaper...

so pretty much this pure isolate is better then ON? ive been using On since i started working out 5 yrs ago. Never changed proteins, I was on NXcare IsoWhey for a couple months then started ON, kinda want a change, and this is decent since bb has faster shipping to Canada, use to take a month, sometimes longer.
