    Is a 225 lb barbell row good?

    I just hit 225 lbsx5 last week, hopefully 230lbs x5 this week. Is this considered good for barbell rows?

    I realize the form got sloppy on the end of my fourth rep and i had to use momentum on my fifth rep. On my first lift, V grip pulldowns, I pulled a muscle in my middle back. Nonetheless, I finished my workout and did what I said I could.
