edit: oh my fuking god, just tried the hypnagogia thing. I literally just laid still and did not move (for like 10 min) and I swear I basically witnessed my mind going from awake to asleep WHILE STILL BEING Awake. I know that makes no sense but I have never ever felt anything like that. It was a mix of euphoria and absolute terror and I literally just had to start shaking myself before shhhit got to real.

I just figured this out the other day but another thing you can do is start tugging your weiner until it gets hard... Once it gets hard keep pulling on it as fast as you can and start thinking about one of the hot girls from school If you keep going, after a while you will feel something crazy that feels so good, and white stuff will shoot out of your peepee. I don't know what it is but you guys have to try it it feels so good.

I think I experienced hypnogagia once. It's not pleasant. I felt like I was half asleep, half awake. It was almost like my body was stuck at that moment where you wake up, except it didn't reach full completion. I kept attempting to wake up, but couldn't. Eventually I was somehow able to force myself awake. Scary feeling, I didn't know WTF was going on.
On the flip side, I've been able to close my eyes and sort of enter a lucid dream state. Unfortunately I'm awaken before I can really get into it though. I'm guessing it takes a lot of practice and mental discipline to fully enjoy lucid dreams.

That just makes me want it more
care to share your experience/s?
Sounds awesome. I've always had very lucid dreams, ESPECIALLY when using ZMA
I can even get up, go to the bathroom, adjust my window blinds, then carry on the dream from where I left off. it's pretty surreal.
Although sometimes durring the day I have to make a point of remembering that the events that happened in the dream DID NOT occur in real life.http://www.********.com/valenzuelatech

One thing you can do is make a playlist of slow, trippy music. Or download nature sounds from iTunes (I downloaded a 3 minute rainforest sound and put it on repeat). Lay in bed, close your eyes and just focus on the music. What happens is all the problems and concerns of the "real world" slip away and your mind becomes very clear... it almost feels like being a kid, your brain is a blank slate. Once this happens your mind starts to dream... I've only experienced the dreams for a couple minutes and then I wake up. Like I said, I imagine you have to practice this to get it down right, but it's an incredible feeling, almost like entering a different reality.
