    how long does it take for fat to turn into fat?

    this might sound dumb but, i went over my calories a ton yesterday.
    im going for a run today reguardless but my question is this.
    would it make a difference if i ran today what i ate yesterday, or by this time it has turned into fat.
    would it have been better if i went for a run last night instead after eating?

    You should have gone for a run lastnight. You have now gained approximately 3.50g of fat.

    You'll go crazy if you keep thinking about the +/- calories on a daily basis. The numbers add up over time, so don't sweat a single 'bad' day too much. You can make up for it later by having a bunch of good days!
