    Precision engineered creatine caps no loading cycle

    Ive bought some precision engineered creatine caps from holland and barratt, now the question i have is; why do these caps not have a loading cycle?, instead it says to take 3 caps before training and 3 after training.
    Also it doesnt mention anything about taking a month off from using creatine.

    Any offers of advise folks , thanks
