    Constipated on low-carb diet

ever since I cut out carbs I have been losing weight and bf% but I'm having a tough time taking a normal duece. I'm pretty sure I have plenty of fiber throughout the day as well. Does anybody else have the same problems as I do when they are cutting?

i suffered from this when i did a keto diet and used physlium husk as a supplement you can get it from your local health food store.
i also think its the bodys way of telling us that maybe what your doing isnt good for it.

anybody on keto should be taking a fiber supp.. try metamucil w/ splenda or straight up physlium tablets.

and increase your leafy greens. like lettuce brocolli and spinach.

you will lose BF because of lowering calories not specifically carbs
You can still get plenty of fiber and nutrients with a lower/moderate carb diet
    Increase veggies
Try some low carb wraps and pita (high in fiber)

I am currently cutting. I start my day off by working out at 5:30 a.m. Post workout at 6:45 I have ON gold standard shake. 8:30 I will have a fiber 1 bar w/ green tea. 9:30 I have 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, couple slices of lean turkey sprinkled with 2% shredded cheese. Lunch is cottage cheese with a few slices of turkey and carrot sticks all on a salad. Afternoon snack before work is protein shake with peanut butter. Snack during work is protein bar with coffee(need something to help me finish work). Before bed at 10:30 is cottage cheese with a scoop of peanut butter. suggestions please... I have 4 more weeks on this cut then to a slow clean bulk. Money is tight these days so anything to counter that problem would be cool as well.

if that's your diet, you are definitely NOT getting very much fiber every day...

sub brocolli for the carrot sticks. eat some leafy greens with dinner, like three or four cups worth... spinach, mixed greens, etc.

That's pretty normal. Maybe try drinking 20 oz's of water when you first wake up and it'll jump start your sytem.
