    Advice on where to go next

    So iv been training for about 3 months now with a proper routine, diet and supplementation.

    Here are some pics, feel free to crit on a muscle group i need work on, im here for help.

    The question i have is my lower pecs are not that defined and i would like to even them out with my upper pecs, and advice??

    I'd say just keep bulking. Worry about the upper pecs vs lower pecs when you've put on more mass.

    Honestly i wouldn't really worry about supplements right now. Just use protein shakes and maybe creatine if you want to.
